On the other hand, don't know if you're watching PSV–Twente SPL, but I just can't see how we're going to hold off PSV in the second half of the season. They're better both in terms of individual skill and playing style. I'd say our defense is a bit more reliable than theirs though, so maybe we'll get lucky and win out on 1–0s.

PSV are somewhat suspect on defense and of course still have Cup and CL matches that we don't have to bother with. I think PSV have more experience and seem to be well managed. If we can get a draw in Eindhoven we might sneak through and win the league but I have the feeling that PSV will edge us out by a point or two. They have already beaten Feyenoord in the return league game and it's hard to see what other teams will trouble them. Ajax on the other hand are troubled by everyone.

Our problem will be scoring and seeing Janssen scoring so well at AZ why did we not sign him from Almere back in the summer.

The position that we are in right now requires us to win out in the remaining games. Hard to see PSV dropping points against other league teams unless they suffer a CL hangover.

ADDED: I just checked PSV's fixture list and we play them right after the second CL match against Athletico Madrid. However, that game is on Tuesday and our trip to Eindhoven is on Sunday so that's a good spell to recuperate.

He been getting spot duty at Stoke but has not impressed at all.

Utrecht are horrible in the first thirty minutes and concede two cheap goals to PSV. They brighten up in the 2nd half but cannot put the ball in the net. Lead stays at two points and we are going to have to win out for sure.

Talk that Twente will be kicked out the league due to debts and irregularities. It seems the deadline day is by the May 1st when they play us. I assume they will play that game but would imagine that if at at that date they are kicked out the Dutch FA will let them play their last game on May 8 otherwise you have to cancel all their records for this season.We of course drew with them whereas PSV have picked up 6 points.

Not only Twente but Fortuna Sittard are in big debt and they may get the rug pulled this week.

Having won our last 3 games 3-0 4-1 and 4-0 we are hitting form again at the right time.
