Is Sontje Hansen injured? I wonder if this kid has a future. He looked so good but seems to have lost his way.

Hansen has a knee injury I believe. Nothing official but one of the posters on Showtime said he was having problems with an injury.

No surprise we lost 3-1 to the team at the bottom. Unuvar scored after 14 but they got back to 1-1 at Ht and scored 2 more .We always play badly against sides at the bottom and also against other Young sides and our next 2 games are v Young sides!

Playing Jong Utrecht and already behind after 12 mins

Baas will be with the 1st . The defence is weakish and Hillen is a better player than Musampa but he has been playing Orange U19 games this week. We always struggle v the bottom 2 plus the other Jong sides so I am not expecting a win .

PS As I type this Unuvar has scored to make it 1-1 after 25

Well a nice 3-1 win with Unuvar scoring after 77 and Douglas on 88 to make sure.My gloom about losing to a Jong side was misplaced. Only 3 subs Douglas for Rasmussen and Hlynsson for Martha both on the hour mark with Giovanni for Unuvar in injury time.

We are 11th 7 points off top and 9 clear of bottom.

Good to see Hansen is back after injury. Rasmussen missing maybe with the U18's v Dortmund and the same with Hillen ,who is better than Musampa, and would normally start.

Finished 1-1 they scored after 38 and De Waal on 73.They were down to 10 men after 71 but held on.

subs Warmerdam for Eddine at Ht, Hansen and De Waal for Martha and Danilo just after the hour and the final sub for the final few minutes Giovanni for Musampa.

We are up to 9th ,3 points behind AZ but above Utrecht and PSV who both lost tonight. Delighted to see Volendam top.
(Highlight of Amsterdam trips bus to lovely Volendam and next door to magical Edam. One day I must watch a game in Volendam ,ground right in the centre of the village.)

A good 3-1 win tonight takes us to 5th place and just above AZ and Utrecht with PSV further down,Volendam top still. Jensen and Taylor scored before Ht and it remained 2- 0 until Jensen made it 3-0 on 91.They got theirs on 93 and although over 8mins of Extra time we won comfortably.

2nd half subs Salah -Eddine for Baas,Rasmussen for Martha,Hansen for De Waal,V Gelderen for Fitz-Jim and Warmerdam for Taylor.

We have been putting some results together in recent games and having Jensen and Taylor makes our team stronger.

A great assist by Unuvar last night.He took the ball into a crowded area turned his back and back heeled the ball to Jensen who scored.Evidently it has gone round the football world so should be easy to catch it.Wonderful skill and he does seem to be getting his form and fitness back.

I saw that assist the other day and had to look twice to understand what he did. Quite impressed.

Finished with a 3-0 win , 1st clean sheet of the season.Danilo scored after 16 mins and a Unuvar double on 60 and 66. We are now up to 5th place.Volendam still top.

Hansen played until HT with Martha coming on ,other subs all in the last 15 mins or so,V Gelderen for Fitz-Jim,Douglas for Salah-Eddine,Giovanni for Unuvar and De Waal for Danilo.

We won 3-1 with Unuvar and a Danilo penalty in the 2nd half to go with Taylor's goal in the first.Rensch got a yellow then kicked the ball away and got a red ie 2 yellows ,on 86 mins. We missed a few chances evidently so the scoreline could have been better.

2nd half subs Rasmussen for Hansen on 61,De Waal and Douglas for Danilo and S-Eddine on 78 and V Gelderen for Unuvar for the last 5 or 6 mins.

We remain 5th but only 1 point from 2nd place.Volendam still top 5 clear.We are having a great run of results.

Finished 4-4 and I watched the whole game. We were 4-2 up at 30 mins with De Waal,Reeger,Rasmussen and Taylor a penalty, our goalscorers. Their 2 goals came from defending nightmares,Llansana with a weak pass in to the area and Gorter just kicked the ball a few metres straight to a Volendam lad .

As the 2nd half continued Volendam came back into it but we had chances for a 5th. Their 3rd on 88 from a crowded area. 95th and final minute a corner ball out to the edge of the area great shot 4-4. 2 points just chucked away.

Hansen played well but went off injured after 40 mins and Van Axel Donegn came on. 2nd half subs Fitz-Jim,Douglas,Martha and Warmerdam for Reeger,De Waal,Rasmussen and Hlynsson.

Taylor impressed so did Rasmussen and Hansen before injury. Cannot say I thought much of Gorter.A couple of good saves after his howler but he flapped around too much and no way can this kid play 1st team at present.

Jong Ajax always give away goals in the last 10 mins but Douglas and Martha up front are not good enough for this level and even Van Axel Dongen is not good enough yet.

van Axel Dongen will get better no doubt. I am surprised nobody mentioned Max de Waal, nice free kick. I just hope he gets chances in the first team eventually, he and Warmerdam have positive attitudes.

De Waal's goal from a well taken freekick.He is improving as a striker. I like Van Axel Dongen and he will get better at this level but he Martha and Hlynsson,all 17,possibly still need to be playing some more U18 .Fitz-Jim ,also 17 is already good enough and impresses me.

Had we won last night we would now be 4 points off the top with a game in hand.Not sure what that says about the standard of the league but playing so many teenagers is good for their development

Reeger on the bench is a surprise he starts in every game normally. Taylor will be with the 1st team and Hansen's injury is not too bad.

We won 2-1 Salah-Eddine on 54 for 1-0,they scored on 71 but Gorter saved a penalty on 76. The winner came from Van Axel Dongen on 82 with his first kick of the game.We then held on and are 5th( 6 points behind top of the table Volendam)

subs ,Reeger for Rensch on 60 , in the last 10 mins Axel Dongen,Rasmussen and De Waal for Martha,Hlynsson and Unuvar.

A fine 3-1 away win and we overtake De G and Emmen and now are 3rd 6 points off Volendam and 3 behind 2nd Excelsior.
Unuvar scored after 24,they scored before Ht and then Rasmussen on 88 and Martha on 93 the winning goals.

Rasmussen replaced Fitz-Jim after Ht and other subs later in the game Martha for De Waal,Douglas for Unuvar and v d Sloot for V Gelderen.

Jong are flying at present and would be even closer to 1st place but for that stupid late goal by Volendam last week.

I watched the final 15 minutes and there were two well taken goals. Rasmussen got free on a breakaway and nicely slotted it home. Martha came on at about 82 minutes and did a nice imitation of Arjen Robben, cutting in from the right and getting off a powerful shot with his left foot. 1-3 win for Heitinga's men.
