I distinctly remember 20 years ago on an Ajax forum equivalent to this, that people were saying 'Bogarde's attitude is shit', and people couldn't wait to see the back off him, it was on Ajax-USA.com and Ajax mania.

Peter Bosz Dortmund were 4-0 up in the first 20 minutes against Schalke, in the second half they were a man down, and ended up drawing 4-4. I wonder if this spells the end of his reign at Dortmund

They are also out of the Champions League and it's also possible that they will be out of Europe altogether.

and keizer is officially gone. spijkerman and bergkamp have been put on leave, i'm assuming they'll be let go once compensation is agreed.

Just saw the story as well. Michael Reiziger and Winston Bogarde will manage the club this Sunday. Let's see if Overmars and van der Sar can make sense of this club and do the right thing. The only big name trainer that is still without a job is Thomas Tuchel (I don't rate any of the Dutch trainers at the moment) but I wonder if he would be interested in the job. He was solid at Mainz and Dortmund and has a lot of experience with young players.

The sacking of Bergkamp and Spijkerman proves my point that they were the ones behind the departure of Bosz. If Van der Saar and Overmaars had done the obvious and let them go as Bosz demanded we would have been in the group stage of the Champions League and at the same time Sanchez would have still been with Ajax for one more season.

I do feel sorry for Keizer ,did a good job at Jong last season but was out of his depth as our 1st team coach. His 1st thing as our coach was to try and cope with the dreadful situation with Appie.

PS Overmars wanted Laudrup (not sure which one,) as coach with Keizer as no 2.Bergkamp stopped that and thankfully he has gone.

I'll put my conspiracy theory hat on and say that maybe they're looking to get Bosz back and his first condition was to see Bergkamp and Spijkerman leave.

Trouble is - Bosz never really came up with a plan B. And now he doesn't have Sanchez and Tete's speed to save him on defense.

Plan A usually worked most of the time when he coached Ajax. As far as Sanchez.....Yes he doesn't have him but i'm sure he'll figure something out, he's good at that. Tete was hardly used by him!!

Now, i'm not saying that with Bosz Ajax will transform because we are lacking quality in some positions but what i'm saying is that he should have never left!! All we can do now is give him time so he can try and rebuild something good! Whether or not thats going to happen its hard to say simply because it might not be the same.

Poor Marcel, It was that silly substitution of Siem de Jong that did it. Oh wait! That was a player signed by Marc Overmars! Every dog has its day...

Bosz seems the popular choice reading Dutch sites but he did not get on with v d Sar but did get on with Overmars.

As long as its not V Gaal, Koeman or de Boer.

THOMAS TUCHEL!!!!!! Of course he probably wants a top team in Germany of England to manage but tactically he is the best fit of anyone currently not managing a team. I also don't think that it will happen.

It's still unclear whether Aron Winter stayed or not

Good choice but i doubt he'll say yes to us during our current circumstances

Peter Bosz, Frank de Boer, Dick Advocaat, Louis van Gaal and Henk ten Cate have all been linked with the managerial position already, but the club are set to take their time to make an appointment.
