It looks like Naci Unuvar is headed for FC Twente on a rental. Twente lost Cerny this week as the winger left for Wolfsberg in the Bundesliga. No official details have been announced yet.

Timber to Arsenal , they appear to be offering 45m plus bonuses, again a good amount he is a quality defender but cannot head and too short to be a Cd in EPL.

And Brighton want Kudus again between 40 and 50m .

Sanchez is going to be sold and 2 Mexican sides want him ,although maybe a lesser Spanish side may come along. He is ok attacking but cannot defend. He will be the 4th of last summers 10 signings to go. Bassey will likely go and maybe Wijndal also.

Smart move by them. Can is only 29 and still has 2-3 good years left. He is also better with the ball at his feet than Alvarez. I think Ajax will be lucky to get €30M for the Mexican and it's entirely possible that nobody comes for him and he stays at Ajax.

Bassey looks like he is off to Brighton for about 15m I am surprised he is going there as they do play good football and build from the back but Bassey's big problem he is not good enough with the ball at his feet.

We need 22 players ie 2 per position so with Timber gone we have 19 left . A back up striker and 2 x RCD needed. However it is not going to stop there as Alvarez,Kudus want to go and Bassey and Sanchez will go so thats 15 left.

But rumours say Klaassen may want out, Besiktas Turkey evidently want Tadic and Rulli wants to return to Spain as he cannot settle in Amsterdam. We could be down to 12!

We are faced with another summer of buying 10 players which is crazy. Just hope we scout our new players properly as last summer was a disaster.

what a mess, not specifically that pirie is leaving but the sudden goalie situation and the lack of signings in key positions, coupled with the announced and expected transfers out. can’t probably expect any titles for the next 3 years.

Timber's departure has been confirmed by Ajax.

Rumours of Mislintat and Tadic not seeing eye to eye over our transfers. We are apparently working on tearing up Tadic's contract and allowing him to leave for free.

Tadic has left us ,contract terminated .Sad end to an Ajax great but his play was a lot less last season and it seems like he and his agent wanted us to buy players. His agent was mainly responsible for the dreadful rubbish we signed last summer and Tadic appears to be wanting to make decisions so this seems like the best thing .

Talk that we could have signed Noa Lang as replacement but Bergwijn is the left winger and Daramy still here but Godts and V A Dongen are left wingers with hugh potential and Godts should get some playing time this season.

Yes, he was really key to the 2019 CL run. I think his salary was €6M so his departure will free that up. I don't think he was an automatic starter this season and in some matches last year he was really quite poor. I wonder if Klaassen is reading the handwriting on the wall. This season could be ugly but they have to play the matches and we'll see what happens.

Wow that escalated quickly. I posted the rumours and then a couple hours later - no more Tadic. Wow.

Klaassen likely next to leave at this rate. We are really going to need to figure out who's the leader of this group now.

He’s probably making a good call. I guess he realises this will be another bad season and doesn’t want to be blamed for it.

I still think he’s a good player but he needs good players around him - he wasn’t going to win us the eredivisie by himself.

this clean out was bound to happen and probably has to. tadic while still a good player has been dropping in form steadily. we’ve all see how ineffective he’s been at times on the wing. he was supposed to be our creative spark and we haven’t beaten neither psv, fword or az past season. not that he’s the whole team but for someone at 34 making over 6 million a season, it’s a losing proposition especially if we don’t reach the cl. similar situation as with blind and klaassen who will get dropped as well. i don’t like when this happens to players nearing their end of playing days, but it’s the reality and we are better served investing somewhere else
