A great day.We are back in the race now.Roll on Wednesday.

The sopcast was not very good in the second half as it kept freezing the game but I understand it was like that for you others. Could still follow the game ok. 2 well taken second half goals from Suarez.

Can just see Jim turning away in disgust after the late PSV goal. I checked there first, so it was a nice surprise to come here for an even later Roda goal. Great fake!

Reading the excellent match report brings me a question for all those who watched the whole game and not half of it like me.

What did you think of Vermeer the Willem sub goalie as he is of course on loan from us and could be the long term replacement for Steks???

Inspite of letting in 4 goals he did not look too bad to me.He hasn't played that many games for Willem and it could be that if Steks does stay another year we could let Vermeer out on loan next season to a club who will play him regularly .This would seem the best for Ajax.
