Ian, kalos irthes stin Ellada!! What are you doing here, even if you're in the the exact opposite side of Greece! You know that Action 24 is showing every Ajax game live. (it's on the Nova platform and online)

I guess you will always need Irakleion to land your plane on Crete.

And perhaps Ian only changed his location because he is on vacation in Greece for a week!

The Golden Era was actually the time Pericles was the Athenian General. But we usually refer to the years between 1981-2004. The years the whole Greek Crisis was built and which we are suffering now

Sorry lads. it's a permanent move. Got a lovely new wife, nice apartment only 100m from the lake in Ag Nik....I'll be over for a couple of games this season but, had to choose between life in UK and watching most games in Amdam, or relaxing life in Crete, new wife and watching all of the games live on tv, except those I "blag" my way .....

Still a seasoncard holder, always will be......it's always available..!!

That's funny on a number of levels, not least of which because my name is Alexander.

I lived there from 2003 - 2005, so I was there during the Olympics and Euro 04. I also consider them golden years personally because my oldest son was born there (in Mytera hospital in Maroussi) and I had an unbelievably fantastic time there.

We lived in Glyfada with a view of the Mediterranean from our flat. about a five-minute walk from the plateia.

Gentlemen, please....to clarify everything, I'm in Agios Nikolaos, Crete...but less of memories of Greece and back to the task in hand.....the demolition of Feyenoord on Sunday!!!

It's great to be here, but on Sunday, I'd rather be there in the Arena....I will be there in heart, and I'll be watching and contributing online...
