The cup final the last game of the season...? No way, Jose!

There are two more games on the agenda. And we're talking about absolutely crucial post-season friendlies here, at the great FC Hilversum for starters. They celebrate their centenary this year and Ajax are the special guests.

Let's see if we can discuss this game seriously for about four pages or so... :D

Seriously: the team that will play Hilversum will hardly look like Ajax-1. The 'World Cup boys' will already be gone and I can't see a guy like Juanfran playing in this one. They will probably give some youngsters a go.

Also: it's interesting to not that Danny Blind asked the board to let him finish the season, including the two post-season friendlies. Will be interesting to see if he's on the bench for this one...

The local newspaper wrote a small article about this match. It looks like Danny Blind is still on the bench, but you never know.

I doubt a lot of Ajax-1 player will show up. But then again, it's the 100th anniversary of FC Hilversum, so maybe they cooked up something special.

I will be surprised if the final result will be less than 10-0. For Ajax ofcourse :D

Yeah, according to all the reports I've read the technical staff of Blind, Krol and Van der Lem want to finish the season, including the two post-season friendlies. If they really do that I would have respect for it. But somehow I can't see them being on the bench on Saturday. Danny Blind has been pretty realistic about it, but Van der Lem has said some pretty bad things about the board...

It's probably the most interesting question about this fixture: will Blind really be on the bench?
