I'M NOT A COMPLETE IDIOT!

Ajax are bigger than Spurs - Mido
Tottenham Hotspur striker Mido believes his former club Ajax are bigger than his current employers.
"The Premiership is stronger and bigger than the Dutch league, but Ajax are a bigger club than Tottenham Hotspur," said the Egyptian hitman.
"Ajax has much more history and glory," added Mido, who is on an 18-month loan deal from Italian giants Roma.
Mido, 22, will play in the African Nations Cup next month and could miss six league games and two FA Cup ties.
Mido has scored six league goals this season and said he is enjoying his time in English football.
"I am very happy over here at Tottenham, the English league suits me well," he said. "It's quick, attacking and physically strong.
"The English league isn't boring at all. If a big team is playing against a smaller club, you could never forecast who will win."

Topic: Ajax are NOT bigger than SPURS...

they have just won more trophies in an inferior domestic league thus allowing them to qualify for European cup competitions consistantly.
Only Liverpool, Man U and Forest could live with them by trophy count and European success.
Against Ajax our fan base, global support and revenue is far superior!
If trophy count alone constitutes success then clubs like Chelsea would be way down the list.
But hats off to Ajax, only a handful of clubs have won the Champions League more than 4 times. I still don't think that this makes them the 4th or so biggest club in Europe.

Silly. Ajax is bigger, get over it. That they do it while clubs from bigger leagues always have much more money, just adds to the glory. Also, you are barking up the wrong tree. Most Ajax fans I know love Spurs, they are closest thing to them in the PL and hope they will do well and win lots of cups.

Seems to Iron Man like youve got two options...
1. Agree that Ajax are bigger
2. Call Mido a Muppet
