I was just saying to myself that they are sitting back, playing that slow tempo and that it is going to cost them -- no sooner thought than it happened. I really don't understand this team.

Decent start of the match but after about 20 minutes it looked like they are running on fumes. Too many sloppy passes and players not covering. I don't like it when Sana loses possession and then just stands there not doing anything. Very good combination to get the first goal with Babel passing to Eriksen. Blind was at fault on the Feyenoord goal completely losing Verhoek who had an open run at Vermeer and delivered a good cross for the easy score. Poor kicking again from Vermeer but that is nothing new. Poulsen is about the only one on defense having a decent match.

KNVB is too light on objects thrown on the pitch that hit the players. I remember Roma was given technical defeat when coin hit the ref in a CL game. Last season Toby was hit by a coin also and still no action from KNVB. This time some idiot hits his own cockroach.

As for the game - we need more speed in making decisions. Still don't get why is Eriksen taking shots from freekicks. He is better at crossing.

We got the early goal -- we had the momentum -- instead of taking them out when we had them on the ropes, we went into that 'slow down the tempo and pass the ball backwards' style -- which had two consequences: it gave them time to regroup and regain their composure, and it lost us all of our momentum -- and while we were playing at slow tempo, they picked up their tempo and we couldn't readjust fast enough. We are lucky to be at 1-1 at this point, as they blew past us on two more occasions.

The giveaways in midfield are really costing us. We keeping letting the pressure off the Feyenoord defence with sloppy passes.

Sana's trademark is losing the ball I'm afraid. He's done not much else since his first game or two.

+1, this is far worse than what happened in the cup match against AZ last season in the Arena. Next match should be behind closed doors, no fans in attendance.

What happened after Alderweireld had to be treated for a cut head when he was hit by a coin against Twente last season? Were there any repercussions?

It is a mistake to play Sana on the right -- he is a different player when he is on the left. Even so, I can't see Suleijmani being any kind of improvement -- maybe he will prove me wrong.
