3 points, but yes, luck was on our side as we got some help from PEC players on both goals. The goal chances were quite even.

I think our game improved when Siggy, de Jong and Bojan came in.

What a great goal from that Gravenbeek guy! I can see PEC Zwolle fighting for an UEFA Cup place until the end of the league. 2-1 is an excellent result for us at this moment, I'm delighted.

I see a very big advantage, Duarte had a good debut, some other kids also performed more than ok. But Ajax can do much better than this, the Barcelona scouts and players don't have any clue what to expect from our young team at this moment.

That's why I'm really dreaming about surprising them Wednesday. Messi told the media that they have been watching Ajax:

Jordi Alba suffered a leg injury, probably a torn thigh muscle and is not likely to play in the CL match. Unfortunately, Neymar and Messi are both likely to play.

Got home from holiday late last night and relieved to see we won. Look forward to Barca game

I missed it too. From the highlights it looked like FdB went for a MF of Schöne–Serero–Duarte. How did that work out? Did Duarte look any good?

Yes Duarte was very good, Schöne wasn't, Serero had his moments. Of course a nice goal, but some extreme weak moments, a couple good ones.

Duarte will be a sure starter on Wednesday. But it will be a puzzle. I suggest Boilesen, Blind, Poulsen and Duarte will have to play.

Meant to ask how did Duarte look,saw the highlights very lucky with our 2nd goal. Pleased to read that Denswil had a good game.

He really looked like an Ajax player. Good passing, he had very fast eyes (was in control of the situation very quick) showed some courage with dangerous shots on goal, was fit with running and psysical when man to man against the opponent was needed.

Also didn't look impressed at all by the angry Ajax crowd who didn't accept the bad performance getting even worse in the second half. He just kept on playing to win the game and had a big desire to create the 2-0 lead after we got a lucky 1-0 ahead.

^Maybe he can be a role model for the other players who often slack off!!!

By the way. In my opinion Eriksen was mostly one of the players who slacked off. Especially in matches against Ado, Utrecht and Roda.
