Nice assist from Fischer on Schöne's hat trick

Finally a goal from open play -- could have been more -- nicely played by Fischer.

In the end a comfortable win but until that 3rd goal we could not relax.Serero and Veltman were both fouled in the box so we should have had 4 penalties and Roon should have been sent of at least 3 times.

Anyway we now enter Euro Cup thursdays with a lead of 4 points with 10 to go and Fword and Vitesse are falling further behind us and I really cannot see either catching us .Twente are now the only team who can stop us .Other stats 10 wins and 2 draws since our last defeat and today was the first time for 8 games we scored 3!!

Also the first time since the start of December that we've won a game by more than one goal, I think.

A nice win, 2nd half was a bit scrappy and not until Schone got his hat-trick was it a comfortable win. Some sort of tribute to Eirksen, who was in the Arena, after the match.
I guess some sort of 'official' good by from Ajax...? It was good to see him.

Yes we won 2-1 3 times and 1-0 twice since 4-0 v NAC

Missed the episode with Veltman, but i don't think, there was a foul against Serero.

Serero was marginal don't think their player touched the ball just Serero.Veltman pushed over by their captain,looked a clear penalty .

Schone has been ajax's most consistent performer for a the last few weeks. It's a bit tempting to move him back to midfield but maybe his latest performance has to do with him feeling comfortable with his current position.

Yeah he's been really important for us all season. e.g. CL goals against Celtic, that assist for Siggy against PSV, etc. He's not a bad pick for player of the season if you ask me (although he would never win it). Funnily enough I didn't think today was his best match of all time, he made a few loose passes, but I'm really happy for him to get the hat trick.
