Wasn't a dive -- the guy caught his back foot.
It wasn't a penalty, but it wasn't a dive either.

You can see Suárez's foot touches the defender's foot - and then he stumbles. Not a foul; not a dive.

I thought the yellow card was ridiculous.

Otherwise: great win. Very well done. Last season, we would have lost 0-1 against Timisoara and conceded at least two goals today. This was exactly the type of game that cost us the title a few times in recent season. The fact that we didn't make any mistakes, that we kept a clean sheet once again and actually managed four goals really says something to me (more than a big win on a day that the team's on fire).

Well we seem to be firing on all cylinders right now, and believe it or not the last eredivisie team to score on us was PSV, weve kept our goal in blank for almost a month in eredivisie play and the only other team that has managed to score on us was RKC. No other team from the eredivisie has scored a goal against us.

Now if only we could score like this in the europa league...well done anyways lads keep it up :ajaxsmiley.gif: :ajaxscarf.gif:

We didn't exactly play all that well, VVV outclassed our players at times but at least we snatched a win. That's what's important. Keep it up!!! :blub.gif:

Couldn't watch the game. Just like last sunday. Result: 2 wins, 10-0 in aggregate! I'm considering not to watch any Ajax game live this season anymore :biggrin.gif:

I humbly disagree. There was only minimal contact, not enough to make him actually trip up and collapse the way he did. He felt a modicum of content and went down like a brick house in an earthquake. Yellow card was the right decision IMO. Sorry to be the rogue dissenter.

Also, as long as I'm being a killjoy... I thought the scoreline was flattering. No question it was a deserved victory, but it was closer than the 0-4 suggests. On the other hand, it could easily have been 0-7 as well.

I think I am making no sense.
