Instead of getting some dross, my vote stays with blooding some of the Jong kids for the remainder of the season.

I just struggle to understand how 2 seasons of mismanagement can bring us to our knees, after being in such a great financial position.

That’s the thing isn’t it. You hear lots of complaints about Mislintat and Kroes but it really shouldn’t have been possible for one or two people to do this much damage to the club.

Oliver Edvardsen 25 year old Norwegian left winger of GA Eagles is being signed for 2.5m as back up. Seems a decent back up player but fans wont be happy we end up at Eagles with a non descript player. We have no money and no one wants to but all that dross signed by Mislintat ,even Akpom would only leave on loan.
Wolves did not want to part with Forbs ,even though he hardly plays.They paid 2.5m in rental fee and probably wanted Ajax to repay it!

So we still need a RB having decided to replace Rensch with another MF.

Edvardsen now signed to 2028 plus a 1 year option.No official amount quoted but seems like 3m .Not signed in time to play Sunday

There's strong rumours of us signing an injury prone but awesome RB from Brighton named Tariq Lamptey. Apparently for 1.5 - 2M which seems like a great price according to BHA fans

I know nothing about the guy but at least we're not blowing money.

Gaaei is starting to look better but we are signing a Brazilian from Vallodolid ,Lucas Rosa ex Juve who can play on the left 2 to 3m.

A goalie on loan from Braga seems to be coming.Loads of fans moaning we are selling Ramaj but he is unhappy and wants out.

Lucas Rosa is to sign 3m plus 500k add ons,can play both left and right.Lucky we have an extra day for transfers in Netherlands as we will sign a goalie tomorrow. Talk about leaving everything to the last minute.

Just over 3 hours to register Rosa and the goalie on loan from Braga. Alders loan has only just been confirmed in the last couple of hours so Rosa should be ok . Nothing on a goalie and this is vital.We cannot just have Gorter as back up.

If Kroes does not get a goalie signed he should be sacked on the spot.Sold Ramaj yesterday. I am sure it will be ok.

Both Rosa and Matheus have been confirmed by Ajax. Phew.

Big relief last night when about an hour from the deadline both registered. Will have to see how the 4 new players perform ,all seem like decent backups but they wont be on silly salaries like Mislintat's players .

No crazy purchases, and a few of the players who were taking up space are out of the way for a few months at least. I’d say it was a decent transfer window.

Reeger has an ankle injured and out for 2 months.Shame for the boy but not sure we will miss him ,he seems a run of the mill average MF.

Fairly pleased with this transfer window as well.

Sounds like Daley Blind and Dusan Tadic will be returning for what could be their final season. So Weghorst ,Traore,Berghuis,Klaassen ,Tadic ,Blind Paveer in our squad.Tadic has played at wing and no 10 in Turkey this season and Blind DM and LB. I have no problem with them just want Berghuis gone .

I don't want either of the players unless they come on as youth coaches. Blind cannot play LB anymore and at CB we have Baas and Janse. Where is Tadic going to play? What kind of message would this send to the youth when we bring back geriatric players. These salaries they would pay are a total waste of €s.

I agree with the principle, but on the other hand Tadic at LW, #10 and maybe RW is probably a better option than any of Godts, Taylor, Klaassen, Berghuis or Traoré at those positions.

Traore is very hit or miss. But Tadic always struggled at RW, so pretty sure he'll continue to struggle there.

I think he'll be a good #10 if Taylor leaves.

I'm actually not 100% where they want Blind to play. At DM? He doesn't have pace for LB and we already have Baas and Janse at LCB.

Hadn’t really thought about Blind as that rumour seems less concrete, but I think you’re right about DMF.

If Henderson goes that might just leave Mokio and maybe Regeer for DMF (not sure what his best position is yet). So they would have to bring someone in I think. Blind is slow but at least he can pass and I think he could play alongside those two.

I’m definitely not keen on the idea of a MF combining Blind and Klaassen though, unless the plan is to make the opponents fall asleep.

Our 1st signing Vitezslav Jaros a goalie from Liverpool on loan for the season but no option.He was Liverpool's 3rd goalie .Will be used in our 1st with Pasveer possibly more a 2nd goalie

Moro looks like a deal is being made ie 9.5m plus 2.5m add ons. Will play right wing mainly although normally a left winger.Played on the right for Spain U21's this last 2 weeks and did well.

Expect movement of players from 1st July but Moro joining and Medic about to go that leaves us with 31 x 1st teamers( only Jong player in that is Janse).
A lot of players need to be sold before we sign anyone else.
