No Ozbiliz , he is fit to play for the Jong on Monday, Serero has a hamstring, but no Lodeiro and not sure why . Hope for 3 points.

NB. Just looked on sopcast and notice Roda v Twente must be on about 7 links including the main 3 ie 13th stream ,DSC and M&M. Hopefully good news to see so many links for Dutch football.

Sorry to sound a bit corny and apologies to all who have been to watch Ajax live many more times than me but Heracles will forever mean one thing to me that magically day back in April when I finally saw Ajax live in the Arena v Heracles . I will be coming to Amsterdam March or April next year and note first weekend in April we have Heracles at home again!!

Twente is close to finally spilling points against Roda. After a run in which they looked a force to be reockon with in the eredivise, they finally look vulnerable!

Well, maybe this will be the end of the Janssen as defensive midfielder experiment. Can we please now put Anita in there and get Siem de Jong out? It's not like he's done anything today.

Mickey has not had one of his better days, imo.

Well, well, well. De Jong finally found a chance he couldn't mess up.

Time for a first half evaluation. It's always a difficult pitch and our players were the victims of a very sliperry field a couple of times. Boerrigter and Sigthorsson have had a hard time to get opportunities in the box. Our best players for the most part were our two cetral defenders. However, we allowed a stupid goal from a dead ball situation. We can't have more of that. We were lucky to get an equalizer scored by the ghost of a man, De Jong, after a shot by mickey rebounded of the keeper.

Lackluster first half saved only by a nice chip from Janssen to Sulejmani who brings it down nicely and shoots first time. It looked like the ball would have gone in anyway so I'll give de Jong 1/2 goal for that effort. I don't understand why we bring a player in who is renowned for free kicks and take every corner short; makes no sense at all. Janssen also was at fault on the Heracles goal as he let Overtoom run right past him for a pretty easy shot. We cannot play with two static midfielders (Janssen and de Jong) and continue to suffer because of this. Sigthorsson is not seeing much of the ball at all. We need to wake up from this sleepwalking exercise. Finally, I hate these artificial surfaces and maybe this is in part contributing to the problem.

I agree with the midfield evaluation of Orange, also Toby needs to stop thinking he's Glenn Hoddle or Frank Rijkaard and quit with the attempted through balls from deep, we have Janssen and Eriksen in midfield so give them the ball.

We need more energy in the middle. If Frank want's to replicate the van Gaal idea he needs more mobile and energetic players like what Seedorf and Davids were.

All in all pretty poor half but i think we will steal it and be satisfied with 3 points.
