PLEASE NOTE that the kick-off time at the Amsterdam ArenA has just been made four hours later: not 12.30 but 16.30 CET. The game will now be played at the same time as PSV vs Feyenoord.

This was probably decided because authorities felt that the old situation was undesirable, with Ajax vs ADO at 12.30 and PSV vs Feyenoord at 16.30. If Ajax beat ADO the title will be ours 'semi-officially' but not 100% officially. The latter will only be the case if Feyenoord drop points in Eindhoven.

51,000 Ajax fans waiting for four hours, in pubs all over town, for their championship to become official... That's not a very good idea. Both games will now end at 18.15 or so - and celebrations can take place immediately afterwards at the ArenA Park.

If Feyenoord beat PSV in Eindhoven, Ajax require one more point on matchday 33 (27 April, Heracles away, no Eredivisie football in the weekend of 19/20 April). Which would be slightly frustrating.

I don't think Feyenoord will win in Eindhoven, by the way, so I'm still expecting a part on the 13th.

Well Moisander and Serero's fitness will be decided later but Ajax have 18 year old Jong defender Kenny Tete in the squad.
He is a right back but with Ligeon a regular in the Jong he has played CD and LB . I have seen him a few times on Tv and he impressed me.

We can't stop fooling ourselves. Klassen is not a good player. He can score a goal and reach unmarked very well but he offers little to no creativity. With all the praise he has got from cruyff that will keep blinding people from the hard facts, he touched the ball 18 times and completed 7 passes. That's a shameful figure for a midfielder, I'm sorry this is the truth about klassen. We need a player of the calibre of dusan tadic but I doubt it with our current transfer policy. I believe in homegrown players but also being auto critical.

We are moving the ball well, but still have the same old problem of the inability to score from open play. From the last 5 games prior to this one we won 2 and drew 5 [edit: drew 3] -- points wise that's the same as 3 wins and 3 [edit: 2 losses]. Not the results you would expect from a championship team. IMO, if we win it by "backing in" instead of taking the necessary points on our own, we won't really be champions, in the end. A good start would be to finish this game with a win.

We could take Denswil off and put my granny on instead -- that would be some improvement.
