I will likely miss this match as we have a visit scheduled with my daughter out in Oakland CA where she moved to in September. Just a heads up so you don't wait for player ratings.

The matches again will come fast and furious with some very important fixtures. After the visit to den Haag there is a mid-week trip to the Galicia region in Spain for an EL tie with Celta. then comes the first Klassiker in Rotterdam which now looks like a must win if any championship dreams are still harbored. The a mid-week Beker Cup match against Kozakken then home to Excelsior and another mid-week EL game against Celta in the Arena. No rest for the weary.

Nicely worked passing between Schone and Klassen - Klassen with a nice touch and finish. Some of you guys like to rag on Klassen but he's been a goal scoring monster this season.

We've criticized Klaassen for his first touch. Nothing wrong this time. Nicely taken goal by the captain and a sweet lob by Schöne.

Open game, ADO playing a strange defense and leaving room in front of their back 4. Ajax trying to move the ball forward quickly but not really having the quality to make loads of good shooting chances. Think we'll win if it stays open like this.

Another lovely taken goal by Traore ,good work by Younes. Traore still misses too many easy chances

That came from another nice steal from Sinkgraven. Good counter and ADO had a lot of players forward. That should do it I think!

Dolberg can be a really good striker for Ajax, but he has a lot of work to do on his ball control. When he gets the ball with his back to goal he too often loses out with his first touch.

That was almost comical from El Ghazi. He toe pokes the ball towards the goal after a great run across goal and then seems to say a prayer. He even had time to lunge and poke the ball in.

How did el ghazi miss the target on that one? Too bad, would have been a beauty and would have decided the game for us.

Did some really nice attacking in the 2nd half -- was hoping to see us put away a few more goals -- by rights we should have -- unfortunately the finishing wasn't there -- but a fun game to watch, nonetheless.

Well very comfortable but we seem to be coasting after that 2nd .We need to be far more ruthless in getting goals.

Midfield is a lot better creativity wise with Ziyech and Schone but although the defence let nothing in today Sinkgraven is no defender and Tete and Riedewald still should be playing instead of Veltman and Viergever.

9 wins in a row but a tough week coming up going to Vigo and Rotterdam
