Players Leaving Ajax

Gooier played in some first team matches during the 23-24 season at Ajax. Unfortuneately, he suffered a knee injury at PEC Zwolle where he was on loan and missed that whole season. He's had a good year this season and got a call up to the Dutch U-21 team. I think the U-21 manager played him at #6. I think he is an interesting player so we will see what happens when he returns.

I had forgotten Gooijer was on loan last season and of course got a bad injury. He and Verschuren both have had good seasons and can be back ups for us. Would Verschuren be really any worse than Sutalo. Konadu will be loaned out or sold cheaply so he is another to count towards the 15 to go.

Tomiyasu has now confirmed he is going . Was not fit and a daft signing although he is quality he was never match fit. Weghorst is leaving but not confirmed yet. This section is going to be busy this summer 5 now gone and many more to go and as I have just quoted on my other post we have 11 on loan and many of those will have to go as well.

Lucas Jetten who left on a free is signing for promoted Cambuur.Good luck to him.
